These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using WorkTGT (the “Service”) and the rights and obligations of users and the provider.
The Service is an approval tool that connects a team's expense requests, approvals and Safe multisig signing. The Service does not hold user funds or execute transfers on their behalf, and stores no private keys. Every transfer is signed and executed by the user directly from their own wallet.
Users must register with accurate information and are responsible for managing their account credentials, wallet and two-factor authentication. If account compromise is suspected, change your password immediately and notify the Service.
Using the Service is free. For each payout that is executed, the Service charges a fee of 0.1% of the payout amount (minimum 0.5 USDT, maximum 5 USDT). The fee is included in the same on-chain Safe transaction as the payout and is shown before approval. Network gas is covered by WorkTGT. No fee is charged for payouts that are not executed, including drafts and rejected or cancelled requests. Because the fee settles on-chain together with the payout, a fee on an executed payout is not refundable except where required by applicable law. For questions, contact [email protected].
Users must comply with applicable law and must not process illicit funds through the Service or infringe others' rights. Responsibility for a team's internal approval policy and permission settings lies with that workspace's administrator.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed after execution. The Service is not liable for losses from entering a wrong receiving address, losing a private key or recovery code, wallet-software defects, or blockchain network failures.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is,” with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
The Service's contents may change after prior notice. Even if the Service is discontinued, funds remain in the team's Safe, and users can access them at any time using the official Safe tools.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
